# How SoloPad Works

At its core, SoloPad gathers inspiration from the traditional job board, however this concept has been tailored and rebuilt specifically for the crypto marketing industry. Projects and brands pay a one-time fee to post their marketing Campaign on the SoloPad platform. This fee ensures that only serious projects are presented, maintaining a high-quality experience for creators. Upon posting a campaign, all registered creators on the network are notified and can easily submit proposals that include their media kits, niche expertise, promotional packages, and pricing. After gathering these proposals through email or their dashboard, projects can reach out to creators directly through their Telegram contact information and make a deal, without paying commission to SoloPad.
